at the moment its expensive!

I say this because some of the stuff isnt even worth the prices they put on, after xmas they will shoot down

Yes and did you know that NEXT sale prices differ depending on what area you shop in. When I shopped at the Aberdeen store the jacket I had bought days before in a sale was 拢25's dearer than the marked up sale price in Redcar. On enquiring why this was so, the store manageress told me that this is because Aberdeen is a far more affluent area than Recar. So shop around......before spending your money on Boxing Day!.

If so, right away. What leads to the second sale is how your company handles the customer after he signs the contract. How does the product actually work? Does anyone follow up with the customer? If the customer has an issue, does anyone (especially you) take ownership of it? If the problem can't be resolved, is it explained why satisfactorily? It's all about giving the customer so much quality and attention they feel they MUST buy from you again AND recommend their friends to you. Really, it comes down to trust.

I believe eMarketer.com and Salesguy.org have both published sales research on this. Also, BDMNews ran some information about trust a year or two ago.
