Purchasing Copeyright to an image or character?

How do I go about aquiring hte rights to the "Noid", a cartoon used in Domino's Pizza's ad campaignin the 80's and 90's? Thanks in advance.

You need to contact Domino's Pizza's corporate office if they can license the Noid to you

Or check out Group 243 (now called Ross Roy Advertising) in Michigan, the advertising agency for Domino's Pizza that created the Noid. They lost the Domino Pizza ad account in 1991 but they may be able to tell you who to contact for licensing the character
