Which is more critical for success in organizations 鈥?continues improvement or quality control?

PLS HELP ME ANSWER THIS QUESTION...THANKS!!!

Some orgs value people who don't make mistakes and some value people who take risks. The way to tell which or is which is to examine the managers in it. If you don't work there already you often can tell by looking at the managers page on the website. Does it only list the CEO? What is the CEO's background? For example, I worked for a place that referred to the CEO as "Mr" on the website and he was an ex military guy. Turns out it was a very top down, no mistakes kind of org.

If you think you work for a company that values no mistakes, take extra care to get everything in on time, have it be error free and don't ever be late.

Salesguy.org published a survey of what orgs valued in its employees some kind ago. Respectable recruiters would also have insight into a particular company's mindset.
