Are "Mystery Spots" False Advertisment? |
Places like the "Mystery Spot" in California are all optical Illusions. There owners know this, yet it does not stop them from claiming that they where created by supernatural forces or something of that nature. Is this false advertising as fare as the law sees it? Or is there some kind of stipulation thats states that a tourist attraction can market something being something its not to help business? i am not positive??!!! |
