What can I do with a marketing degree related to Healthcare? |
I want to work in Atlanta preferably and or Birmingham. I am going to get a Master's in Healthcare Administration. How much do you think I am going to start off making in this career. And i have no experience except for in retail and I will be graduating in May. What should I except going out and pursuing this? 6 figures in sales in a few years, go for the big pharma companies... Salesman for a large Pharmacutical Company Healthcare marketing has a lot of opportunities, from publications to advertising to public relations. But you're going to be a little behind the 8 ball with a Master's and NO experience! I would recommend asking about internship opportunities at all the big healthcare providers in your area. Can't help on salary in your area, but you should be willing to take a small job for low pay to get your foot in the door, and believe that your big investment in education will pay off in a few years! |
