If u get ur BFA can u work in Marketing? Yes, absolutely. I work at an advertising agency and a few of our executives have their BFA & began their careers as graphic artists or copywriters. Initially, you may not be directly involved in the business-decision-making side of things, but there are always opportunities for people with creative backgrounds to become marketing/advertising executives. Don't worry; as long as you work hard in your entry-level position you should move up quickly. I started working only a year ago and have gotten two promotions.
