Does this propaganda have any emotial appeal to you, or have any sort of name calling? If not, can you please off me a suggestion on how to make this propaganda sound better! Thanks!

What are you trying to sell? What ideas are you trying to promote? This is interesting, but vague. You need to jump right into the heart of your pitch.

It would help to know what the target audience is, and what results you are attempting to elicit. Other than that, it is always better to promote positives than use negatives. You start with negative in first sentence, then positive in second. You'll get better results with the 'carrot' than with the 'stick'

Are you living in China ??
