What does a copywriter do????????????????? |
Freelance copywriter needed for various marketing campaigns and projects... need you to write webcopy, flyer copy, produce newsletters, email campaigns.. the one who writes the copy of an ad. Google it. A copywriter writes things and does not design them (unless they're a one-man-band) and would certainly not use powerpoint. They usually work in conjunction with a designer to write the words that feature in advertisements, websites, flyers, newsletters etc. It's a specialised job which requires excellent spelling and grammar and a large amount of creativity. As a freelancer you'd be required to work at home (or in the office) and liaise with the creatives and executives to work to deadlines. You'd usually be required to have a substantial amount of experience (unless you were prodigiously talented). It's hard work but very reqarding. a copywriter writes copy for advertisements that other people are going to design. They have to work together with the designers so each know what is going to be the best ad when finished. |
