I am starting a submarine tour business but need start up money. Any ideas on were to get investers.?

We will be takeing 2 people at a time in a small submarine on underwater tours of sunken ships off the texas coast. Dive depths of around 80ft for around 30 minutes per dive. I have about 60k but need around 100k more for website, adds,ect. Any ideas ?

I saw some people put a link on the ad, to help direct traffic to their own business website. I think that is the cheapest way to promote your business, especially to those newly start up small business owner.
