Anyone know what websites are giving away real merchandise,like game systems.?

i heard this from a woman in a store..she said that one of those web sites was for real.

I completely disagree.

There are sites that give away game systems, cash, TVs, computers etc....

And the catch is you have to sign up for certain services, and products and refer others to to the same...only then do you get the prize.

These sites are called incentivized freebie websites (IFW).
If you got a big network of friends and family(referrals), this may work out for you.

The other option is to find referrals and pay them to complete some offers so you can get your prize.

You gotta find legitimate companies/websites. There are scam ones out there too. Project Payday is a company that specializes in that kind of stuff.

Well, some websites do actually do that, but not by filling out a survey. They'll enter you into a drawing, I know that for sure. All of the other sites are just scammers who want your e-mail, credit card number, name, address, etc. Don't believe any of that. Also, some websites just do sweepstakes, but hardly anyone wins those. There is no website that just gives away stuff for free. NO WEBSITE!
