School Ad Campaign?

Im suppose to be creating this ad campaign for school and im having some difficulties. Im required to provide art work for the ads that im going to be using but none of the ADVERTISERS are willing to do it for free. ("especially since im not going to be advertising with them ever")

You got any idea's.
At this point its getting difficult just trying to ask for rates.
Bastards!!

If you have a photo editing program you can usually add text to photos to where it looks good enough for an advertisement. You will want to maybe come up with a slogan too.
