Just gotta get past the emotion and help them the best you can. If they get abusive, verbally or mentally, then talk to the manager. You're probably not getting paid enough to take cr** from customers.

1)listen to all the demands and expectations of ur costumers and according to ur budget and the suggesion of the costumers.
2)keep a suggession and a complain box in ur hotel.
