Estimated Budget?

Whats a realistic "total revenue" for an ice cream parlour?
(a popular one, thats been open for over a decade)

What do you think the advertising budget will be?

first question
it would be to high in the winter....
check the public records for past tax info should tell you

Its popular and old the advertising budget get would be small because you wouldn't need it spend about a 500 on gift cards and some coupons inserts in the paper for 3 months $5000 max but you can drop that down by smaller target zone, one color printing, half insert ads, free ice cream gift cards for the local single moms radio station (country) and snap you got just over the same amount of biz

Most experts recommend 2-8% of gross sales/revenue be spent on marketing. A smaller business with a true need to grow will want to fall on the higher end. Also, the amount of marketing done by your competition can affect how much you need to spend on marketing.

I'm not sure about the realistic total revenue for an ice cream parlour.
