Business essay question..?

" Write a balanced argument on the affect of the trend towards a markey economy in China. "

This is an essay question that i have to answer.. but im not really understanding what im supposed to write about.. can you guys rephrase the question in simpler terms? and possibly some ideas to write about?

First of all mate you have to look at what the question is asking you to do....which is pretty simple!When it says "balanced" think "see-saw", as in an argument with two sides to it.Positives and negatives of the Market Economy in China would be a good start don't you think??

1)Who is gaining in the market economy?
2)Who are the losers?
3)What is the trend?
4)How does the government policy differ from policy in Chairman Maos time?What are the Chinese government doing with assets such as Coal Mines, Railways, state assets?
5)What is the future for China's economy?What do they need, for example chinese companies are claiming copper mines in Africa, Oil wells in Iran etc...how does this affect us over in the UK, US?
