Can anybody tell me how much salary get for HR executive job?It depends on the Industry and the company that u work with....
if it is a MNC and a big company for a fresher the average pay will vary from 10-25k per month it might be higher in IT Industry..it also depends on your educational background..PG's will get a higher pay tahan normal graduates...
some recruiting agency's pay around 4-6k for recruitment people.
there are soo many departments with in the Human resource management like, recruiting, staffing. Training, development etc.
so each of the department requires different skillsets and which will have different pay scales. SalaryExpert.com (below) can give you an estimate based on zip code & job title Tanu
Its depend upon your skill set and able to sell them.See its very fair that every business's main objective is profit.and w.r.t salary companies treat you as expense you may see every company ask you as CTC (Cost to company).
Although I personally don't like this word.I personally believe that salary should be treated as IOC (Investment over candidate)rather then Cost to company. But I am not industry.
Ok No matter To check your salary better gether some data from your friends circle who is actually working in companies don't rely on data from untrusted source that may ruin your entire career.
Second thing their is no standard salary in industry
it depends on requirement (If business requires It pays If not required then negotiation or don't bother at all)
Now to deal with such events keep hunting untill you find some good payable company.
Another good tip is try to get list from NSE (you may get from local news paper).or stock listed company. Actually thease company have standards they pays enough salary.
Salary is also depends upon in which industry you are working. Just do some home work find which industry is growing well or established well or even with rock solid support from their management (To know read news paper)
To get a better salary hire any good consultancy services.

Don't think of paid option as the amount you spend on traveling making calls and such social events like "Job fair"
will not only kills your time but also looses your confidence.
I know many peoples love job fairs but the bitter truth is 99% peoples come back home even many intelligent guys too.
That why I don't suggest it at all.
Another tip :
Don't Tie yourself with one company.Currently In india business is growing and every serious business need good employees. So you have a better chance then 5 years back.
So apply almost everywhere> face interviews> and get your skill sets market value.
Remember Salary does not depends upon candidate it depends upon company size + companies market presence + companies product + companies customer base
Its all together baby ! Just finds the data before you face the interview.
