Whats a good product in the mature stage of its life cycle that I can write about for my marketing class?

Something that I can squeeze out 10 double spaces pages about.

Coke. Corvette. Levi's. Tide. Pick something that has a lot case studies or articles written about it.

Starbucks or Walmart. You won't have any trouble finding data on them.

Photographic film. Long history, and currently on the way out

Ipod. This gadget has such a success when it first came out in US. mp3 came in much later and still can not beat it. However, mp3 in Asia are so commonly used, ipod became less popular in that areas. You can talk about why so success in US market but not in asia. You may find the info in apple.com, and find out what marketing strategies that used
