Help! how do i get in contact with a local public access channel?

im trying to get a local public access channel to show a video.
how do i get in contact with them to ask them to show it and send them the tape?
any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Here is a site that has information for Tampa Bay public access channel's 19 and 20 on Bright House. Considering these are the same channels on Bright House Orlando they might be able to point you in the right direction. http://www.tbcn.org/

For some reason it's very difficult to find information about Public Access stations online.
