Go in and ask for a job application, make sure to dress nice according to the job atmosphere, don't forget to smile! Take it home or fill it out there. Be positive in your application. For your hourly rate I say whatever the minimum wage is now a days. Be flexible in your schedule but honest!

when i was applying for jobs last year (im 16, by the way), i asked for a job application and they told me that i had to be 18 to work there. i went to aeropostale and thats what they told me so im assuming that all other places will be like that too.

You go to the counter and see the manager in store.
Go ask them about the job applications for your age, etc.

you goto the store and ask the person behind the counter for a job application. then you can ask the boss what will be your salary and amount of hours you have to work.

well, you have to walk into the stores that you choose to work at and fill out applications. They're the only ones that can tell you how much you'll get paid. It all depends on where you live also. In NJ they start out at about $7.50 an hour.

Apply early though!!! LIke march, because all the kids/ college and highschool are out of school and will be applying the same time!

They probably pay $6.50 to start, but that may be different depending on what part of the country you live.

you will get minimum wage until you demonstrate you know the stock (work,,, better homework)
send a resume to A.F. ask your employer for a recomendation or a letter of introduction..
