How do I get in contact with a financial backer for my street wear line"StreetCred NYC"?

I have a RED HOT street wear line that will be promoted by a new reality show like "project runway" for urban designers.
I need a backer to go into production to take advantage of the buzz created by the TV show. can anybody help?

You should first create a business plan. This plan should include your mission (what your goal is with your company/brand) and how you plan on making money with it. There are a lot of details that go into it, but it is not overwhelming. Also, it will help you as an entrepreneur to have a plan in-hand for the future of your business. Sort of like a Goal Sheet or Manual for your company.

Once you have your business plan, you can shop around for investors. There are several types of investors and there are several resources when looking for one. However, all investors want to see a business plan and a financial history. If not your company's, then your personal financial history. (unless of course, you can go to your family and/or friends for assistance.)
