I need to save my business?

Ive tried to get a loan but my credit is not good. and boy have i had the people trying to scam me. i really need help i have had the diner for 2 years now.

Not really enough information to help you. If you are already in debt, you are in a tight pace. People will try to get anything out of you they can.
Can you increase business, by offering unique things?
many towns have business advisors through the state or federal offices... go get an anaylsis, free, from them.
maybe it is time for a change, too!
but you really only supply a need for money or loan here. To me that is going backwards....

If you're not tired of scams yet, try the advice of Carla I who posted a response above mine. That sounds like a massive scam to me.

If the diner is doing well, you should be able to get a business loan. If it's NOT doing well, a loan will probably not help. If the ONLY reason they won't give you a loan is your credit, have someone with GOOD credit co-sign the loan for you.
