Is there a NYC store where you can walk in with a design and get a quality t-shirt printed on the spot?

The question pretty much sums it up. I'd say Kinko's (using inkjet technology) and similar solutions are disqualified, since what I'm looking for is a higher quality print. Could still be just one color though as long as it's long lasting.

there is a shop at the south street seaport pier 17. not sure what the name of it is but its in the back on the second floor.

there is/was a booth in Roosevelt Field mall on LI that does/did custom tees.
