What are some major beauty/hair stores in nyc? Im tring to find some layering scissors to layer my own hair. There is a beauty supply store on 14th between 6th and 7th. Don't remember the name but if you are walking west its on the left hand side. Also I would try Rickys they have a pretty extensive hair supply department |
