I think your question is designed to determine how much you can CHARGE for a website, yes? This answer is- it depends. It depends on where you are, who your market is, what features (if any) you include with the site, whether you are custom designing or providing template-only sites, etc.

I found that iPowerweb is the best place around for hosting and domain registration, they give 20 pages.
