Why doesn't America take over Mexico? The weather is much nicer down there.? Hahahahahahah! Your question would be funny if it had been asked in jest. I think it's the other way around. How many Spanish speakers live in your city, your area, your state? Spanish is the second most spoken language in the U.S.A. Sometimes we gripe about Mexicans and Spanish being spoken within earshot in our oh-so all-American communities. If you live in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas or Florida, check your local history: Mexicans were there first. Their ancestors were living in those states long before our country acquired those territories. Funny how the world turns, huh? |
