Looking for a part-time sales person what is best place to advertise for free?

I need a part-time sales person to help us out selling inground pools for areapools.com, we install pools up and down the east coast and we need 2 sales people part-time with knowledge of inground pools each pool they sell they get $3,000 dollars. My question is where is the best place to advertise online to find sales people that have knowledge of pools?

I think you may be going down the wrong track. If you are looking for sales people to sell pools they need knowledge of how to sell NOT knowledge of pools. Selling a pool is a MAJOR sale not a simple sale and the skill requirements are different. You can probably teach the knowledge about the pools so I would look at finding a sales person who knows how to sell. Someone who understands the difference between simple and major sales.
Xerox is a great place to look, their people are well trained.

I think you just did that didn't you? lol-pretty slick

I have noticed alot of employers are advertising job openings in forums. You could post in groups also under the category of the job position you are trying to fill.(i.e. sales,Outdoor) just to name a few suggestions.

If you belong to a trade group that specializes in pools you may want to look there. Also, many Chamber of Commerce organizations have job boards (membership in the Chamber required). Lastly, you should partner with the Division of Employment in the area you are looking to find these skills. For instance, in Massachusetts the state Career Centers will list positions available for any job seeker to find. Some are very good at basic pre-screening for skills.

Your best bet is craigslist. I think they let you advertise for free and you can find a huge amount of applicants.. look out for spam too...!
