Final Round of Job Interviews - What to expect?

I am currently preparing for the final round (3rd round, 2nd on site) of interviews for a position as international marketing manager in a large (Fortune 1000) company; they are flying me and my family (wife & son) to the area. Since this is a viable opportunity and I really want this position I would like to know what you think will be asked in this round, what are they looking for in this round (last round was with 7 people, now with 3 including 1 new interviewer, the CMO) What can I do to further convince them I am the right candidate? How do I Further Prepare?

Have you discussed salary? If not, be prepared, that's coming.

Companies don't fly the candidate & their family to a location unless they are serious. You've sold yourself well enough to know you can do the job, now it's about can you work with the people, do you blend into the group. They are bringing you out to get to know you as a person. Expect that you and your family will go to dinner with someone from the company, maybe the CMO. Tell you son to be on his best behavior!

At this point, you need to be in control. You're in control of the interview when you're asking the questions. So get your list of questions ready. What do you want to know about the company? Their management style? Why should you want to work for them?

More than anything, get ready for those money questions.
