What does 100% wet sales mean?

In pud terminology hwat does 100% wet sales mean business wise

I mean PUB not pud

It means that the pub doesn't operate a full kitchen; it's a public bar, not a restaurant. Substantially all of its revenue comes from beer, wine and liquor sales. This is relevant to potential purchasers, because:

1) It describes the need, or not, of trained kitchen staff in operation of the business, to maintain book revenue.
2) It identifies that the business is 100% subject to holiday closing, hours of operation, and other regulations of the alcohol trade.
3) It sets an expectation of daily traffic.
4) It sets a general picture of costs, as many pubs are "captives" of major brewers, and have a better price on their parent's line of product, than an independent might get. But, an independent can stock what they like, catering to persons who want something different, and are willing to pay.
