What is entry sales level position?

is it door to door sales?

it depends on what the company is selling. Entry level just means they don't expect you to have any experience and will most likely train you.

entry level sales in something like insurance or knives will have you making cold calls and going door to door. an entry level sales position at say, your local honda dealer will have you selling cars and will be completely different. both are entry level.

don't take a sales job unless you really like the company and product being sold.

it depends. sometimes you will have to make cold calls. the position usually is for candidates with no previous experience or a fresh graduate. good luck!

No, it's sitting in some smell cramped desk answering phones all day.

(Psst, door to door sales are non-exsistant as an actual level of sales. That only happens with struggling, local businesses. It's not an actual position.)

Entry Level Sales, is ususally at the bottom of the organisational sales effort.
It may mean cold calling, training or doing sales administration depending on the company.

It'll take you a while before they trust you with something big!

just sales with 1-2 years experience..seem like junior sales....

Cheers
