I was interviewed for a job I was not qualified this time, the interviewer sent me thank you email, help reply

I just want to know how to best reply to a thank you email I received from an interviewer after not being accepted at a job interview for the position at this time.

The email is as follows:

Dear, H. Dia

Thank you for your interest in pursuing a career at HHM. We appreciate the time you took to apply for a job opportunity at our company.

Your background and experience are impressive, however, we will not be pursuing your candidacy at this time. We will, however, keep your resume on file should another suitable position become available that matches your background.

Again we appreciate your interest in HHM and wish you success in your career endeavors.

Do not reply to this email. It's an informative email that explains the company's position, in this case they chose not to pursue you. It tells you they will keep your resume on file should a suitable position open. The only advice I could give you is apply for the position again if you really feel you want the job and feel you are qualified for it, but again it's not necessary to respond to the email.

"Thank you for the opportunity to present myself for a position with HHM Recruitment. I understand that I did not meet your needs at this time. If you need any additional information about myself or my qualifications, please don't hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from HHM Recruitment in the future."

And then add your signature.

I am working as an HR Specialist. We are not expecting any replies when we send thank you letter. Just save your money for your next interview. God Bless!
