What is Over Riding Commissions in sales ? |
What is Over Riding Commissions in sales ? I know that with what we do, and the fact that we recruit others and train them to do the business and market the plans that we offer, we are building a team. And by us helping them, training them, etc. and once they can then do it for themselves and promote and start building their own teams, we then get paid override commissions based on their individual sales groups, or their team of people. So essentially, we then are getting paid not only on our own efforts, but that of our team as well. |
