I have an interview for Banana Republic as a sales support associate. What questions will they ask me? Nervous First, do not be nervous. They just want to see if your personality allows you to offer intelligent customer service. They want to make sure you're not a shy person that won't greet and serve customers. They will talk to you about the importance of getting customers to open Banana Cards (store credit cards), and make sure you feel comfortable doing that since it's a big part of the job. They might ask you about previous work experience, ask you a couple of scenario questions (ex. if a customer was looking at a table of sweaters, what would you do?), they'll want to get an idea of your availabilty to see if your hours are worth putting on the schedule.
