If i want to go into a marketing career what do i need to mayor in..what college/university is good?

any great school with smart fun people???? but a TOP school...somewhere in CALIFORNIA.....maybe EUROPE??? thx

If you want to major in marketing and live in the US and plan to work in the US than find a college in the US. There are thousands of different kind of marketing jobs out there. If you have the money than do research and find a school known for it's marketing department. Companies like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and others only look at specific schools that have top departments in marketing, engineering etc. You must also plan your 4 years out, after taking general ed for the first two years think about getting an internship in marketing over the summer. Do this specifically in the area where your passion lies. These will help you get a job when you graduate. Also try to graduate with a high GPA. You'll need a 3.4 or better to get the top opportunites at the good companies.
