Help me with English grammar or job research tip?! from an ESL student...with many thanks?

I'm searching a job as an international sales specialist or a secretary in Taiwan; in the conclusion of my autobiography, I need to recommend myself to my future employer. I use 3 ideas (confidence, ability and motivation) to support my main topic. Somehow, I just FEEL it's a weird message writen by an immature "Newbie" ~~!! But I can't find the reason, would you help me?! With many thanks in advance.

Here are the reasons that I recommend myself as an international sales specialist or a secretary:
First, self-confident: I am comfortable in my English to interact with English native sepakers.
Second, ability: I have been proven as a capable administrator from my past work experience.
Third, self-motivated: I am keen to learn new skills and enhance on my own. If given the opportunity to work within your company, I will diligently handle any tasks given to me and do my utmost to prove my capability and knowledge.

Below, I have made a few changes that may help.
It would be better to make two letters rather than putting both positions in the same letter.
You might also consider looking at a book on sample resumes and cover letters.
If you live in Taiwan, you could check out Page One, Caves, or another bookstore that specializes in English books.
You can also email me for further editing and I will try to help if I have time.

The following are some of the reasons that I would make an excellent addition to your company as an international sales specialist or a secretary:
I am comfortable speaking in English and interacting with native English speakers.
I have a capable administrator, and have held administrative level positions in the past.
I am a self-motivated individual. I can easily work on my own or within a team to produce the most profitable results. I am always learning new skills that will make me a more valuable member of the company I work for.
If given the opportunity to work within your company, I will perform with a level of professionalism that will make me a valuable member of your company.

What would you expect from a candidate if you were an employer? What are the main things you would look for in an application?

Evaluate your application in the above manner. Let your application be in the presenting accent and not in the appealing accent. When you say "I can do this" it means you can do it. No more debates.

You may need to edit your resume / autobiography every time you present it.

Again evaluate your resume from the employer-like view of that industry.

Regarding the 3 skills:

1) You may change the words "comfortable with English" into "command over English".

2) Change "Proven as a capable administrator" into "Proven Ability to administer"

3) Change the third one into "I am a quick-learner and a knowledge hunter".

3a) Change the final sentence into "I hope / believe that I could contribute considerably in the development of your institution." (Why "if given the opportunity". Make them give it to you. If they ignore you it is loss to them. Isn't it?)
