Retaining customer's in a call center industry? |
when someone calls and want to cancel his/her subscription of any account... how would you retain the customer? The correct thing to do is to enquire as to the reasons for the cancellation. Then - try do something about those if possible to retain the custom. Also, ask if you can retain their information for future contact if another product or service they want becomes available. |
