I lost my licence at work. Since then a coworker has mentioned twice that I could get framed an go to jail.?

he is a felon. what would you be thinking? There are only five of us there and saying something to the boss would probably cause problems. I don't feel safe. Any advice?

Simple, go to your local DMV and tell them you lost your license, and need a new one. After that date, the new issue date, if some one gets caught using the old one, their screwed. The new issue date will automatically cancel the old one out, if a cop runs it for any reason, who ever is holding it or trying to use it is busted. Also tell her when you lost it so they can check and see if any thing has happened in the last couple of days. They will be glad to help you out.
And don't tell any one of the replacement, so if some one at work took it on purpose to get you in trouble, it'll be them that gets whats coming to them.

Why don't you feel safe? If you don't feel safe because you work with a felon, I would agree. Get another job.

As far as the other comment, as long as everyone (including your boss) knows it was lost, how would you get framed? If he robs the place and drops your license at the scene, they will know it was not you.

Go to DPS and get another license. No big deal.
