I was wondering if they did autopsies?Because I was thinking about someday becoming a forensic autopsist with at least $100,000 a year. In the US; the ME is a medical doctor; and yes, does autopsies and oversees the lab and evidence. The coroner is an elected position and depending on the state and county may or not be an MD. They investigate (coroner's inquest). |
