What kind of lawyer should I call to represent me? I want to sue a big company for identity theft.? |
I worked for a staffing company and was placed temporarily at a site. Someone there sold my name and social and was part of the big raid that just happened in Mt Pleasant, Tx. The an administrative or floor manager sold my name off. I want to sue this company. A civil litigation attorney The company isn't responsible for the behavior of an employee. You'd be better off suing the individual, provided you can prove he/she is the actual thief. |
