A Hard Day At The Mall?

So if I worked for this company wireless phone company and I quit my job two days ago cause my manager said I was a liar. So we had a agruement and I walked off the job he called me cursing at me more than once and texting me also. So I'm upset now cause I walked into the mall today and I was banned. So I was wondering what you can do to get banned from a mall. Like the reasons they ban you for. Cause quitting your job doesn't seem reason enough.

You got banned cause you and your boss made a seen.........he pays for his space and business you got nasty and got banned.......sorry.......

Disorderly conduct, could be reason. If your employer told the Mall secdurity that you threatened him. That will do it also. Since you are most likely fired from that job and his business is there , he probably had an order of stay placed upon you, which will not allow you with in 500 feet of where he is.

Unfortunately , in this case the mall.. You can also file for legal action for telephone mis-use and communication of threats, for which the employer will be LOCKED UP! during which time you may enjoy the mall. Take Care.

You should file charges with your local police dept. for "harassing communications" against your employer. However he will most likely make a quick bail. During this time i would go to the head of Mall Security and discuss the problem with him, make sure you have witness with you either someone else that worked with you or an innocent bystander that happen to hear the argument that day.
It sound like you boss had a bad day himself. Most likely you were charged with "disorderly conduct"

If you and your manager were having a screamfest, your manager probably called mall security and had you banned. Malls reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason - ticking off your former manager is a reason, and he used it.

Fortunately for you, most mall positions (including managers for wireless phone kiosks and security guards) turn over fairly quickly. In a couple of months they probably won't remember who you are.
