Cal. work comp laws? My DOI is 2/2003. Does the 2yr cap for TTD pymts apply 2 me?

is there a cap on the TTD pymts? my injury was 2/2003. Am I under the 104 wk cap for pymts?

When were you first paid? If you received your first TTD payment within a few months of the injury date, then you have exceeded 104 weeks (2 years). But the fact sheet says the date of injury has to be between 4/19/04 and 1/1/08 for the 104 weeks.

It would be best if you spoke with your workers' comp attorney or if you don't have one, with the State of California.
