Is it difficult to land a job with HSBC? How are their pays?

How difficult is it, considering I have a bachelor's degree from italy, I'm italian but fluent in English? What are the pays there?
thanks!

It depends on what you want to do. If you're just looking for a teller position, I wouldn't have thought that it would be that hard, given the quality of the staff currently working there!

If you're looking for more of a head office position, then I'm sure it will be reasonably competitive, but the fact that you're fluent in another language will set you apart from English graduates. You should find vacancies advertised on their website.
