Taking a year off before law school...?

Is this a good idea?

What should I do with my time (aside from upping my LSAT)

I would take a year off and work for a law firm or court position (Probation etc.) It will help you prepare for law school and decide if the career is a good fit for you. I did a year of Law school and I now work in the courts.
It is not glamorous work. Mos.t of my friends are successful but miserable Check your goals and motivation before you spend the cash !!
