Co workder dilemma?

A coworker is rude and harasses me. i want to go to HR but she has a relative who is bias. what can i do??

Part of the benefits package at my husband's last job was some free or price-reduced legal assistance. If it were me, I'd want a lawyer's opinion before I did anything I couldn't take back, such as going to HR or the police.

Of course, we have no idea what level of harrassment you're dealing with. Your personal safety is more important than hanging onto your job. I wouldn't want you to become a victim of acquaintance rape because you were taking the slow and careful route.

That aside, what the first answerer said was important. Document everything. If there are witnesses, all the better.

I'm terribly sorry that your harrasser has a friend in HR to cover his(her) back. Proceed carefully, but safely. Good luck.

document EVERYTHING....and then go to the HR...if that doesnt work, take it to the next step and get police involved.

She probably rude because she knows she can get away with it, because she has connections. Have you spoken directly to your boss (instead of HR)? Document any instances of the harassment. And unfortunately, I'm going to tell you to start looking for a new job. The situation will probably not change.

send an anonymus email to everyone who knows the person i the workplace (including them and yourself) it will embarass them and they will stop (or leave)

tell on her all the time but allways exagerate the situation then one day whoop her *** then tell b4 her then it will look like self defense trust me this works!!!

the easiest thing to do is look for a new job
