I just quit a sales job that was comission based and now my employer is refusing to pay me my last check.?

Does anyone know what I can do about this? I need to handle this asap. Thanks so much.

Actually, expert realtor, I had a salary plus commission job. Also, I see that you are not someone I would ever work for either. If someone does the work, they should get paid for it. I dont see how people like you stay in business, but I have now talked to my attorney, and I have 2 others that were done this way and I can assure you this individuals shady business is about to come to an end.

Pay a lawyer to write a threatening letter.
That may be enough to do it.

I've seen many cases like this and not all are collected.

Maybe a registered letter from you, with the threat, may work.

Take their asses to court.

You need to check the terms of your pay.

Some companies, you terminate your ability to to receive commissions the day you quit...unless they have a clause that states otherwise.

You were on straight-commission, so they don't owe you anything.
