i was recently arrests for theft this this is like a misdeaminor, what would the courts due since this is my first time. i'm also a college student. would i still be able to get a job in this situation or no, or i have to wait itno i go to pretrial which is june 11. how can i get this off my record. i went to court but i have to come back on june 11 for pre trial, i have a public defender in this case, but i dont see him into the day of the court date. would employess check my background history and see if i was arrested and what i was chrage for or it will say it pending. could i get a job at the bank or any retail job. what job can i get before my pretrial date.if i apply for a job and they check my record would it stae what im charge for or jusr say im arreested.would my jobs hire you even though i been arrested. im 22 years old i dont want to go to jail i rather pay the fine and get this of my record. im currently in school i i need help to find a part time job what jobs can i get Please be bold !! Please understand that most employers are only worried about felony convictions. They could care less about misdeamors, especially if they were during your college years. Most realize that students make mistakes and are willing to give you a change. STAY IN SCHOOL! |
