I may be the last person to get a raise this year.A 2 dallier raise compered to the average 15 cents raise,I am not being payed more than aney one elts,My wage was broght up to mach the averig pay scail.Allthoe I have 30 years of exspiriants over the crue under me, we are payed the same amount. It was the best my boss could do for me at the time. A raise and a trancfer I did not ask for but an offer I took.After being robed blinde by my old boss who is bing investigated at this verry time and my luse his job over it.Do I have a oblegation to the rest of the crue? Yes , you have a responsibility towards your crew in telling them the truth about your previous boss and also the pay scales. you can collectively then approach the new boss and ask for a raise based on the efforts you put in. |
