What would you think for a job noone took or applied for a six months ?

there has to be a reason why no one took it in the first place. And you might not want to find out, unless you are very desperate.

that they are getting desperate and you might be able to get good money from the start because of this.

Beware!!! If after 6 months there's no takers... the job must suck! Use Caution.

Either the company or the job is horrible, or it's a job that requires a very specific set of skills.

What is wrong with the position?,or the company?

I would wonder what was wrong with the position and/or the company! It would probably scare me off if I knew that about it. . .I'd also wonder about the boss/supervisor.
