A CVS is manager is harassing me at home. Can I take legal action against him?

Short version of the story. My sisternlaw and I were shopping at CVS. We filled out application for extra care card. Manager got made because of us couponing. FOllowed us to car and was cussing us. Filed complaint with DM. That night manager starting calling my sisternlaw and I at home from info he got on Extra care card. He wrote that info down or took app home. Took caller ids to show DM next day he provided us 50 gift card for gas and told us nothing else would happen. Is this legal? Do we need to drop it or go further? He took our person al infor which has name, address, phone and DOB. It showed his name on our caller id. We still have caller id. Any ideas on what we should do?

The Better Business Buerau is your next step. They are great with dealing with this stuff. If they do not work, go to the attorny generals office.

If he calls you again report to POLICE and press charges for harassment.

Skip the DM and call the CORPORATE office.

It sounds like the manager has a mental health problem that the DM is ignoring.

For the safety of his employees and other customers, you need to report it.

Next time some nut does that...call the police!

PS: The Better Business Bureau does not get involved in possibly criminal activity and they are a NON-ENFORCEMENT agency.

go to police.

I'd call the police, file a report and contact the local Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, the corporate office for CVS and make sure the Attorney General's office gets a copy of any and all paperwork generated.

Go to top mgmt for CVS, I dont think they want this kind of info get out of the proper channels..what happened is wrong and the dm is trying to stop it here.
