Work place discrimination? |
I have been working for almost 7 months at my current employer. In September I found out that I was pregnant. I told my boss becouse of the type of work I do. Ever since I told her I feel that I have been treated differently. these are some of the things that she has been doing It might be discrimination. No one here can tell you for certain. For example, a reduction in hours would be legitimate if business is down and they don't need you for as many hours. its the same situation with drug addicts alcoholics... nobody will employ them ..she might be classing u as a liability.. seek advice..as she might b looking for an excuse 2 get rid of u. poles will take your job ..be aware words going around.. best workers 2 employ.. i wish u luck You can file an online complaint with this site named below... |
