Work place discrimination?

I have been working for almost 7 months at my current employer. In September I found out that I was pregnant. I told my boss becouse of the type of work I do. Ever since I told her I feel that I have been treated differently. these are some of the things that she has been doing
I was in alot of paind really early on in my pregnancy so my doctor told me to go to the ER I told my boss that I needed to leave before the end of my shift. She then tells mt that I need to make a decission about my work and my baby.
I forgot to do something one night while I was closeing the store, the next day she hits my arm with a clipbord not hard.
I was out of work for over a week. When I came back I asked her to put me on 4 days a week instead of 5. she said no problem. A few weeks later my hours per week started getting shorter and shorter. Now I am working about 16 hours a week instead of 30 when she moved me down to 4 days.
Is this discrimination or is it all in my head. What can I do about it.

It might be discrimination. No one here can tell you for certain. For example, a reduction in hours would be legitimate if business is down and they don't need you for as many hours.

Does your company have an HR manager? If so, speak to him/her about your concerns. If not, speak to your bosses' boss. If it's a small company and your boss does everything, then you don't have too many options.

If none of that helps, you can also speak to a lawyer if you feel that you have a legitimate discrimination case.

If all else fails, hang in there a little longer and quit when you have your baby. When you're ready to go back to work, find a new employer who treats people more professionally.

Good luck!
