Is It Legal and sane to make a contract with yourslef.?

Is it. :) Just to keep my money safe or going were it is suppose to be instead of ppl trying to sue me over it.

Not only is it sane, it is the most important step to establish practical objectives and reduce stress during the pursuit of these goals. The best you can do from memory is to recall most of what you thought, said or did. A written record provides a concise format that is easily reviewed and fine tuned. As Samuel Goldwyn said: " A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it is written on. ".

Leaders throughout time have recognized the pitfalls of spontaneous public comments. Abraham Lincoln went to great lengths to avoid them. Contrary to common belief, he made several drafts and repeated revisions over several weeks prior to the dedication at Gettysburg.

A good beginning would be your voice mail greetings. A more fluid and informative replacement can be drafted and completed in a very short time. The next step could be short, medium and long term plans to promote your company's mission statement. After that, a reconciliation of your personal ambitions with your business parameters should be fairly straightforward. Good Luck.

You could do so, but the law will not help you enforce it. So, what would be the point?

Are you going to sue yourself if you don't live up to the terms?

I suppose you could, but it's not going to protect either you or your money from lawsuits from someone else.

a contract must include purpose, date,
and be between 2 or more people. Thus,
you cannot create such a thing.

However, you have described a situation where
you might need to create a legal TRUST and
hire an atty to supervise it.
