Gifts for a graduate specializing in tax law?

my best friend is graduating from law school and i want to get her a nice gift. Any ideas?
She will also be graduating with her MBA and is going into Tax Law.

Depend on how much you want to spend. A nice gift is a subscription to a tax service such as provided by CCH. An on-line subscription is probably best. Reference books that your friend will need in the tax profession are also very useful. If these are gifts you plan, discuss them with the friend to make sure you get what she wants and needs.

I know after I finished my MBA I wanted a break, hence, a night out not thinking about anything. Take him/her out for some cocktails and appetizers.

Go to the irs web site www.irs.gov and down-load a bunch of tax forms, the best thing is it is free.
